Abstract
In this work are analyzed a set of stories on the practical and symbolic uses of the body in players of non-professional soccer within the Department Valle Grande (Province of Jujuy-Argentina). The interpretation of ethno-graphic registry of a series of four championships among the ten participant towns, allows establishing correlations between the social frameworks that form the fútbol competitions at local level, and the constructed corporal dispositions around long term socio-historical structures within the area.
