Abstract
The article analyzes the aesthetic and discourses on the Argentine Bicentenary from the films "25 looks -
200 minutes." From that starting point, the objective is to analyze the modes of representation and fictionalization
of the story of the nation Argentina and its changes taking into account the national history in
the context of global and postmodern times. For an understanding of this historical experience, its aesthetic
and political levels, the essay is based on three pillars of analysis as follows: a) configuration of the past,
b) representation of memory c) appeal to sensibilities and emotions.
