An approach to the subjective logic of the liquid Modernity: the case of the sexual minorities

Abstract

This article is a study on the subjectivity of the sexual minorities in the epoch of the liquid Modernity. The term body is an important concept as ground of the subjectivity. For the study on the sociological logic of this topic we will use also concepts of the Queer Theory and of the Postcolonial Studies. The social-emotional phenomenon in relationship with the sexual minorities like homopho-bia, lesbophobia and transphobia will be thought as embodied thoughts. The aim of this article is to think the subjective differences in the field of the sexual minori-ties between the solid Modernity, whose extreme paradigm is the concentration camp, and the liquid Modernity, whose extreme paradigm is the television programme Big Brother.
