Abstract
Issues concerning precarity seem to be increasingly relevant. This article proposes to revisit the three main meanings
of words precarious and precarity in the 80s in France. Through this retrospective, which runs from precarious work
andprecarity, through precarious, it will be developed the categories belonging to militant labor history and the
history of sociology,in especially not losing any sense.
